Welcome Home! Curated Goods for You is an opportunity for you to seasonally receive a personally curated box delivered right to your door. Your box will be customized by your selected theme and hand-picked for you by Vanessa Milio, Owner & Curator of Taken.

What does it mean that a box will come seasonally?
Boxes will be delivered in spring (April), summer (June), fall (September) and holiday (November).

What are the themes I can chose from for my personalized box?

• Self-Care at Home: This box features all the goods that help you relax, unwind and care for yourself. The quintessential “me-time” gift may include bath and body products, spa inspired candles and teas.
• Room With a View: This box is for the art lover, the creative who looks to the walls for inspiration. With customized input from you, this box will bring you a new piece to add to the gallery wall each season. This gift may include original art, prints, notecards and seasonal décor.
• Let Me Entertain You: This box features all the goods for the mixologist, the party planner, the person whose open-door policy means pull up a chair and let me fix you something to eat. This gift may include barware, serving dishes, charcuterie boards, seasonal coasters and glasses.
• Gather in the Kitchen: This box is for the family chef, the person who brings baked goods to every meeting, the gastro-inspired eater and those that love them. This gift may include tea towels, serving dishes, spice blends and teas, glasses and candles perfect for post clean up relief.

How will you know the kinds of things I like in my home?

Once you’ve subscribed as a member, you will be contacted by our team to confirm your subscription and collect some basic contact information. From there you can chose to complete an electronic survey or have a 15 minute call with Vanessa to share your décor style and favorite makers.

Will the gift boxes include vintage pieces?

Yes! We are committed to sustainability and that includes carrying makers who used reclaimed / repurposed materials as well as carrying a carefully curated collection of vintage pieces. Boxes will include items that share this vision.

How will shipping be handled?

The cost of packaging and shipping is reflected in the annual membership rate. We will make every effort to used sustainable and/or recycled packing materials in our gift box packaging. While we are actively reducing our use of plastics in the shop, we do know that some items require the use of bubble wrap to safely transport them.

How is payment made for the service?
There is a one-time payment for your annual membership. The membership will automatically renew unless you notify us.

What does the service cost annually?
The annual membership is $440 and includes your (4) customized gift boxes and all shipping cost. We are offering a bi-annual membership for $220 which includes (2) customized gift boxes and all shipping costs. For the bi-annual membership you will select two boxes (1 in Spring or Summer and 1 in Fall or Holiday).
